If your Mystery Box contains a pair of shoes, it will be the same style and size as your original order to ensure the perfect fit and comfort.

Mystery Boxes are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations are permitted for any item inside the Mystery Box.

The contents are a true surprise. You may receive any Zori World merchandise, including footwear, accessories, or apparel.

Items inside the Mystery Box cannot be customised or changed.

The value of the Mystery Box will always be greater than the amount paid, but individual product values may vary.
